Pet Quality Puppies/ Dogs
Pet Quality usually means there is some sort of "flaw" in the puppy/dogs conformation or temperament. When I say
Temperament, it doesnt mean that the dog wont be a good 'family' dog, it means that the dog does not have the
outgoing 'I wanna do it' attitude it takes to be a show dog.
Many people think that just because a puppy/dog is AKC registered that it must be show quality, that is not the
truth. Many 'reputable' breeders spay/neuter AKC registered puppies/dogs because it is the right thing to do if they
are not of breed type.

The requirements for purchasing a 'Pet Quality" puppy/dog from us is as follows:

1. The puppy/dog must be Spayed or Neutered by a licensed vet within the designated time allowed.

2. The AKC registration papers will be 'Limited' Registration, this means this puppy is reg. but no offspring can be.

3.  If you live in a house, a fenced yard is a must

4. There are no guarantees given or implied

5. Under 'NO' circumstances can puppy/dog be taken to an animal shelter, pet store, broker.

6. If, for any reason, puppy/dog can no longer be kept, it 'must' be returned to us at your expense with NO refunds

7.  The puppy/dog will have a vet exam to verify the health/condition prior to leaving our home

8. It is recommended that you do not take the puppy/dog outside your home for at least the first 2 weeks If the
puppy/dog becomes sick within 7 days of you taking possession, it must be taken to a vet for an evaluation, that
evaluation must be faxed to my vet for consult. Most virus' take 7 days to manifest, including Parvo, so if a disease
is diagnosed such as Parvo after the 7 days, it most likely did NOT come from our home, but possibly picked it up in
route to your home.

9. If the puppy/dog dies within the 7 days, it must be taken to a vet and have a necropsy done and the results must
be faxed to my vet for consult.

10. You must sign a binding contract to these requirements
